IPC Advisors Win Top Marks on Client Loyalty

When you work closely with clients to help them realize their financial goals, you sometimes wonder if what you’re doing is enough, and if they are happy.

Validation can come in the form of a thank you email for helping out a loved one, or through stories you hear of clients enjoying retirement. For many Advisors, especially us, it’s not about the recognition but about helping our clients live their dreams through solid financial planning.

But, there’s those times where life surprises you and gives you that nod of recognition, which further confirms that what we do for our clients is not only important but valued too.

Client Satisfaction Report Card

In a recent Client Satisfaction Survey conducted by Investment Executive and Credo Consulting Inc., a sampling of clients were asked to rate their Advisor on personality traits such as knowledge and trust, as well as how comfortable they felt with them.

Advisors from Investment Planning Counsel (across Canada), not only topped the scoreboard – in major categories like ‘knowledge’ and ‘honesty’ – but surpassed all of the big banks’, brokerages and dealers on client satisfaction.

In addition, when survey participants were asked if they were considering finding a new advisor, only 5.9% of those who had an IPC advisor said 'yes’. This is in stark contrast to the bank channel’s average of 39.5% and the brokerage channel’s average of 19.1%. This is a strong testament to the value that we bring to our clients.

Thank You to Our Clients

It’s not every day you get recognition like this, and we would have not been recognized, if it weren’t for clients like you.  Whether you participated in the survey or not – the loyalty and trust you put in us to help you reach your financial goals is a responsibility we take seriously and feel privileged to do.

We wanted to share this highlight with you, along with our gratitude. Strong relationships are a two-way journey and we could have not achieved this milestone without you.
